Returns & Refunds Policy

Finding the right fit matters to us. If a piece from Curvelavogue isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days, and return shipping is on us.

Your 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Approval Comes First

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

How to Return an Item

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Pack the items securely and send them back using the label.
5. We inspect your return when it arrives at our warehouse.
6. We issue your refund.

Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears in your account. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Need a Different Size?

We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you'd like. If you're unsure about fit, our Size Guide and support team can help you choose.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will send a replacement, issue a refund or offer another appropriate solution, at no cost to you.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

Curvelavogue sells and ships within the United States only. This policy applies to orders delivered to US addresses.
