Shipping Policy

At Curvelavogue, every dress, blouse, pair of pants and cardigan is in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in the United States. This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
The short version
- We deliver to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Standard Shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under that amount pay a flat $5.99.
- Total delivery time is 5–11 business days from the day you order, processing included.
- Every shipped order comes with a tracking number by email.
Where We Deliver
We ship to addresses within the United States only, covering all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept international orders, and we do not ship outside the US.
Shipping Method and Carriers
We offer one option at checkout: Standard Shipping. Depending on your address and the size of your package, your order travels with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. All orders leave from our US warehouse.

How Long Delivery Takes
Your order should arrive within 5–11 business days in total, counted from the date you place it. That total already includes:
- Processing: up to 3 business days to check, pack and hand your order to the carrier.
- Transit: up to 8 business days for the carrier to deliver it.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and holiday volume can occasionally add time, and we will help you follow up if your order runs late.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can also check the latest status any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Need to change a size, fix an address or cancel? Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations are possible only before your order enters processing or shipment. Once it has been processed or handed to the carrier, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you.
